Yesterday after saying "see you later" to Farah (as she never liked the word "good-bye"), I didn't feel like going home. Walking on the Ousegate Bridge, slowly, I felt calm and ... empty. Taking a detour through King's Arm pub, I saw pleasant faces enjoying their breezy afternoon with freshly brewed beer in their hands. I carried a smile, genuinely, from my heart, for everything I'd gone thru these days. Bitter sweet, I reckoned. Kept on walking, saw a crowd in front of a terrace house, wandering what was going on there. Silly me, it wasn't a residential area, it was Grand Opera House. Then I noticed a huge poster on the wall, "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". "Wow, that's the play i really wanna see." Ironically, I didn't buy the ticket cuz I thought I probably would work hard on my essays. Stared at the poster for a while, reluctant to leave. Still I turned my back and headed toward Wellington Street where I parked my car. I passed by the Quaker Centre, thought about Richard, since he was the only Quark I knew. Suddenly, I changed my mind. Checked the time, "it's 7pm". "Why don't I go to see this play now? since I'm already in town and the show starts today. And the work... what the heck, my life is not just about study!" Entered the theatre and asked the receptionist if they got any tickets left for today's performance. She was nice and kind. She also smiled a lot, which put me in good mood. I didn't expect to see many kids for this show. How ignorant I was. It was me who didn't know what the story was about in the first place.

2 shows in a day... my head was crammed, as Susanna said.
